Topsoil Policies

1. All shipments are payable upon receipt by cash, check or money order unless other payment arrangements have been made in advance.
2. Customer must provide adequate directions to property and access to dump site. Drivers may dump topsoil in an alternate location if they believe the truck will become stuck or damaged.
3. Customers must be present during unloading unless prior arrangements are made.
4. Loads may not be split. If you order a tandem, you can not request that half be deposited in one location andanother half in the other.
5. Our drivers are not required to manually empty the truck. If the soil is wet, some will stick in the truck. If this is a problem, please specify that topsoil must be dry (which may delay delivery).
6. Delivery may be delayed if the soil is wet. We can not load extremely wet topsoil.
