KDC has extensive general contracting experience dating back over 50 years with our first successful project in 1948. Since then, we’ve completed work from modest tenant remodels to substantially technical projects including multi-story office, commercial, industrial, retail, health care, education facilities, maintenance facilities, municipal and tenant improvements.
The key personnel of Klosterman Development, Inc. have worked together since 1972 and include professionals in design-drafting, estimating, computerized accounting, job-cost control and direct job site supervision.
Since 1992, KDC has handled all functions necessary to provide quality construction. Utilizing our in-house expertise along with the cooperation of independent architects and engineers. KDC has become one of Ohio's leading general contractors.
